However, due to the perishable nature of many of our food items, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy for unwanted or mistakenly ordered products.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will make it right.


We Offer Replacements for the Following Situations:

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, notify us within 48 hours. We will promptly send the correct product and arrange to collect the incorrect item.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
